With great sorrow and from within a deep sense of mourning, IYIM’s Agunah and Get-Refusal Prevention Project published an article in the Times of Israel, in memoriam for Rabbi Simcha Krauss, zt”l who had served as a great supporter and inspiration for this IYIM & JAFI project. Please see the article authored by Dr. Rachel Levmore – for whom Rabbi Krauss wrote an approbation for her book “Spare Your Eyes Tears” (published by this project) promoting prenuptial agreements for the prevention of get-refusal.
