“The Agreement for Mutual Respect for the Prevention of Get-Refusal: Its Workings and its success”
The YI Agunah & Get-Refusal Prevention Project made a lengthy presentation in an Agunah Day Event in Machon Schechter. The majority of participants were Rabbinical students, for whom it was imperative to learn from Dr. Rachel Levmore’s two-part lectures. As these students will officiate at marriages it is of utmost importance that they all comprehend: “The Agreement for Mutual Respect for the Prevention of Get-Refusal: Its Workings and its success” as well as “A Guide for Presenting Prenuptial Agreements to Young Couples Before Marriage”.
