Dr. Levmore interviewed for the Jewish Observer of South Africa
Far flung Jewish communities take note of IYIM’s Agunah and Get-Refusal Prevention Project. A case in point is an extensive interview held with the project’s director, Dr. Rachel Levmore, by a reporter for the South African Jewish newspaper, the Jewish Observer. During the interview the necessity, development and dissemination of the Prenuptial Agreement for Mutual Respect was discussed. When published, this article will serve to influence South African Jewry to take the agunah problem into their hands and make a practice of signing a prenuptial agreement for the prevention of get-refusal.
