An article authored by the director of the IYIM Agunah and Get-Refusal Prevention Project, Dr. Rachel Levmore, was published on the widely-read Hebrew website “kipa”—decrying the rise in the divorce rate in Israel and calling upon the spiritual leaders in general and the Rabbinical Court Judges in particular to publicly recommend to engaged couples to attend preparation for marriage classes and to sign prenuptial agreements for the prevention of get-refusal.
