IYIM and JIC join the Shabbat Project
In honor of the worldwide Shabbat Project, IYIM & JIC (Jewish International Connection) co-hosted an exciting Shabbat dinner in Jerusalem on Friday, November 15th. The evening began with a spirited Kabbalat Shabbat service at Shir Hadash on Emek Refaim, followed by a meaningful dinner joined by celebrity guest Mordechai Yosef Ben Avraham, who told his inspirational story “California to Jerusalem – My Journey from Hollywood to Judaism”. Attendees were entranced by his amazing journey of finding faith, purpose and happiness through Torah Judaism. More than 50 international young professionals based in Jerusalem came together for this lively event filled with inspiration and new connections.
