Dr. Rachel Levmore, the director of the IYIM Agunah and Get-Refusal Prevention Project, published an enlightening article in the Jerusalem Post of Sept. 1, 2019. Providing an explanation for the previous week’s rabbinic delaying of the burial of the mother of a get-refuser which was doomed to failure, with clarity and depth of knowledge she spelled out the clear direction of what the Rabbinate must do.
