Dr. Levmore published Hebrew Article on KIPA
International Agunah Day 2019 witnessed the publication of a flurry of articles, both in print and online. The latest one, in Hebrew, as published on the Israeli, widely read, KIPAH website. Authored by the director of the IYIM Agunah and Get-Refusal Prevention Project, Dr. Rachel Levmore, the article spelled out to all parents that it is their personal responsibility to protect their daughters and sons from the plight of get-refusal by signing the halakhic Agreement for Mutual Respect.
