Dr Levmore advocates for Prenups on Agunah day
On International Agunah Day, The Times of Israel featured an article authored by the director of the IYIM Agunah & Get-Refusal Prevention Project – decrying the need to mark this day annually: “Today’s very condition of Orthodox Jewish life lending itself to easily create agunot is an explosive state of affairs that must be diffused in its entirety by its rabbinic leaders — before Jewish society becomes diffuse from within.”
