As the director of the YI Agunah and Get-Refusal Prevention Project, Dr. Rachel Levmore participated in a conference held by the Israel Bar Association, discussing: “Sexual Abuse as a Silenced Phenomenon: Legal, Halakhic and Social Ramifications”. Of particular interest was the session “The Rabbinical Court’s Treatment of Sexual Abusers Within the Divorce Process”.
