I am originally from Winnipeg, Canada. I received my BA in history from York University, and I have started course work towards a Masters in Contemporary Jewry. I hold semikha from yeshivat Hamivtar and R’ Zalman Nechemia Goldberg ztz”l I was an assistant rabbi for one year in Chicago, and since, I have been involved in both formal informal chinuch in the U.S. and Israel. I have also published a number of essays on topics in Tanakh. I am married, with three children, and I live in Jerusalem.
