I grew up in Memphis, TN, and learned in various yeshivos, including in Silver Spring, Kerem B’Yavneh, Yeshiva University, and Ner Yisrael. I am a musmach of RIETS and a licensed clinical psychologist (PhD, George Washington University). I made aliyah with my wife and four children over nine years ago. Over the years, I have lectured on a wide range of topics relevant to psychology, mental health, and halacha. My first book, Talmud on the Mind, explores insights of Chazal and contemporary psychological science. Most recently, I have worked with soldiers and their families as they cope with the challenges of the ongoing war in Israel.
