Tzvi was born in Toronto. He attended yeshiva and drafted to the Nahal Brigade with the Hesder program at Sha’alvim and helearned for Semicha at Eretz Hemdah Ra’anana. He earned his BA in psychology at HTC in Skokie, Illinois, His MA in Jewish Education at the Hebrew University, Semicha from the Chief Rabbinate of Israel and is a certified psychotherapist from the Family Institue of Jerusalem. . He served as the Rabbi at Beit Kensset Ohel Ari before going on shlichut as the JLIC rabbi in Rutgers University. After returning to Israel Tzvi has been serving as the Rabbi of Kehillat JLIC in Givat Shmuel and is the Rosh Beit Midrash of Yeshivat Hesder Torah V’Avoda.
